I have a friend with 2 email addresses. One is his last name .comcast.net and the other is his last name .thevillages.net 

All his emails to me go into my spam folder. I checked my spam list and neither email address shows up. Once I pull out his email from the spam folder we can correspond normally but the next time he initiates an original email to me it goes into my spam folder. Any ideas how to correct?

What email app are you using? Is your email? Gmail? Outlook? ?

Generally speaking, you must flag the email as 'not spam' and the system will pull all those emails with the address from the spam folder to the inbox. Dragging it or moving it does not let the system know that you do not consider the sender's emails to be spam and that you wish to receive emails from their email address. If you don't find this feature on your phone email app, it may be necessary to log in to your email account online; online email is usually more full featured.
