The Galaxy store won't download any apps. It says waiting for download for multiple hours. I try leaving the phone displaying the download. Online it says to make sure I have at least 1 GB of storage and I have over 100 GB free.

I would check to see if the wifi vs mobile data features are correct.

Open the Galaxy store and then go to the little Gear on the top right side and then make sure that you turn on update apps over wifi and mobile
