Hello, so I went to check my bank account and I happen to come across a strange charge for $16 from Samsung electronics today. I did not buy anything today and I do not have any subscriptions. It leads me to believe that this is fraud and I have no idea why I have been charged. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so how can I get my $16 back? :thinking_face:

No option to get to an actual person for this issue. I'll just have to dispute the charges.

I'm having the same issue. Something is fishy because the account being charged rarely gets used.
