Hello! I'm struggling to make the switch from Samsung Cloud to Onedrive, I've logged into both my Samsung Cloud and Onedrive in My Files and in my Settings>Accounts and backup but I keep getting this message every time I try to switch: "Couldn't connect to Samsung Cloud. Try again later" 

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

I've had this same issue for over a year. I've talked to tech support, I've searched Google, there just isn't a solution I can find.

I've given up trying 😪 to figure this out. Can't hurt for Sam & Msft to decide among themselves to make it work, hopefully!
