System usage battery tracker

Is there a way to track system usage on the battery statistics? I'd like to know how much my personal Hotspot and other draining processes take up battery life. Either in samsung settings or reliable third party apps would be great

Try downloading Good Guardians Battery Tracker. That may show you what you need. You can get it on the Galaxy store.

On my Note20Ultra in settings / Battery & Device care / tap on battery gives this view.

Not as comprehensive as the Good Guardians battery tracker and does not show system apps.  The battery stats are a good basic barometer of app usage, but not what the OP asked for.
