Text writing capabilities on apps

Hi there

Please send me instructions on how to reinstate the text 'writing' capability on all apps.  This has gone and I have to 'type' everything in a message.  This happened overnight 25/11/25 with update version UI 8.0.

Not aware of any text or writing ability changed in ui8 what are you seeing different

I'm thinking S Pen writing input. We've seen a few posts about "S Pen not working after update."

That makes sense. The poster is obviously not located in the states. When this was posted it was already the next day

I've solved the problem - shut down phone and clear cashe.  Thank you for all your suggestions.
