Regarding chat session 4302494418: I didn’t get a chance to fully express my gratitude for the easy-to-find chat support, the 24/7 support that fits my schedule and the polite and knowledgeable reps. My neighbor has a Samsung TV, I have a different model Samsung TV, and I have a Samsung SM-T560 tablet. I’ve chatted with support before and again tonight. All of these reasons I listed serve to solidify my positive impression about Samsung and I’ll be a lifelong customer and advocate to my family and friends to choose Samsung because of both the products and the support. My brother just bought a house and is looking for numerous home theatre devices and home appliances. He values my opinion and is likely going to make several purchases based on my input.
