I'm relatively new to the Samsung Galaxy Store and I wanted to contact Samsung directly about this but this seems to be the only option that is actually working. Anyways, the Samsung Galaxy Store is recommending me apps I've already rated or reviewed and I was wondering if this is intentional or if this is a bug.
Probably because your new to Samsung Galaxy, the store doesn't know you well enough yet to recommend anything else than what it keeps pushing. I think it's sort of freaky that it needs to get to know you better to give you better recommendations but it's how it works. It's also a thing called "advertising" where there are certain apps or promos they want you to buy into. As you use the store more and install more apps, those recommendations will probably change.
I didn't have this issue when I started using the google play store and I've been using the Galaxy store for about a month now. Is that not enough time for the app store to get to know me? If it's it's just going to continue to recommend apps that I've already seen, then I wont be able to get much use out of it and I don't know if I'll have used it long enough for it to stop recommending apps I've already rated or reviewed.
On top of the fact that I don't see that option, I think you may have misunderstood me. I'm talking about the games/apps that appear in either "games recommended for you" in the games tab or "recommended for you" in the apps tab.
