Samsung Apps and ServicesLooks to me like you can set a custom color. When you "create new" and select your wallpaper and then click "next", the very last color circle on the bottom right, contains the edit function. Clicking that brings up the color selection window and you can choose whatever color you want and change the saturation levels before moving on.

Samsung Apps and ServicesYou can still go into wallpaper and style and turn off the color palette. When you go to wallpaper and style, tap on color palette and either turn the slider for color palette off or select the "basic colors" tab and choose a color.

Samsung Apps and ServicesOne of the best parts about using an Android, even more so a Samsung with Good Lock, is being able to more fully customize your phone how you want. The feature I'm talking about here let you choose ANY colour. You had full access to a complete colour picker with saturation levels.
