Why do my themes keep changing?

Hi, userZq8lOrUsMS, Welcome to the Community! We certainly understand your concern with your themes changing repeatedly. We want to look into this with you.

 

Here are some things to check and/or try to help narrow down the cause of this happening.

 

  • Has your device updated recently --system update or other update like Google or Galaxy Play store?
  • Was the theme applied a trial theme?
  • Please put the default theme on your device > Settings > Themes > My Stuff > Default
    Then try your desired theme again.
  • Have you tried putting the phone in Same Mode in case a 3rd party app is interfering with the desired theme? (Steps for Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/)

Please let us know if this helps.  If the issue still persists, please provide the model of phone/tablet, etc as well as what you've tried and the frequency that the themes are changing.
