How come inside the YouTube app you can move the pip screen to the side but when you leave the app it doesn't do the same and has part of the video in the way. This design is inconsistent. I would like for it to be consistent throughout. Being able to hide the pip like what it shows in the YouTube app when you leave it for any video that you are watching. If you're putting in privacy display into the screen. Why is this not private when you move it to the side?
