Hello, I've been trying to contact Samsung in regards to not being able to connect to the Galaxy Store or Theme store. I have tried using every method from clearing out cache, restarting, re-download...you name it. I have internet connection and wifi but I still keep receiving error messages for connection issues. I go onto both apps daily and for the past 2 days, I have not. Some of the error messages I am receiving are:

"Something went wrong connecting to Galaxy Store" UHE: 202e8713e001
OR
"Connect to a network to browse Galaxy Themes" 110 Unknown Host/77221/C100003

I'm hoping I can speak with someone in regards to this situation and try to possibly fix this without having to do a factory reset.

Congrats! So I may be misunderstanding, but you're saying after the update you went to the store and it started working out of nowhere? What month update are you on?

Yes! After updating my phone, I must not have let it completely download? Once I got to the store, I told them I was on Samsung's sites trying to figure out why Themes and the Store weren't working. Of course, I go to the same app I couldn't use for days and boom! It was working lol. The update I got today was for June 1st. I have AT&T which is seems like a lot of us are having similar issues. It was over 1G update so it wasn't small, like other ones. I'm hoping once you all get it, it will help. I use Themes everyday (addicted lol) so I was really bothered it just stopped working randomly one day.

I did some more research and testing and it appears that the Galaxy Store App does not like DoT (DNS over TLS) I found an app called DoHGuard which forces DoH (DNS over HTTPS) and it allowed the Galaxy Store App to connect. It has Cloudflare DoH option. So until Samsung allows DoT this is the best option I have found.

It's strange because I don't use (or even really know about lol) any of those services. I went into my phone's settings, and it had DNS as "automatic". Changed it to off and still have same issues. Also, just started happening 2-3 days ago and I didn't change anything.

WOWWWW. After days of troubleshooting my brand new Galaxy Tab S8+ and being on the phone with literally 12 different people at Samsung, this was the issue. They wanted me to pay for another tablet and send this one back for a refund.

In my case Comcast is blocking the domain that the app uses to connect. I tried to tell Samsung this, but they can't comprehend what I'm telling them.

Hello, There! I'm sorry to see the trouble with the galaxy Themes app. Please check out the following link for some troubleshooting regarding this error: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01213612

I would also recommend making sure that you have the latest version of the application as well as the latest update on your device.

If symptoms persist, you can try clearing the cache - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

If none of the above steps work, I recommend submitting an error report - https://www.samsung.com/za/support/mobile-devices/how-to-report-error-using-samsung-members-applicat...
