Samsung Apps and ServicesI purchased a adobe Acrobat Premium from Samsung USA. I have been unable to get it activated. I first called Adobe and after almost 2hrs trying to get it to work, they told me I would have to contact Samsung because they are the 3rd party biller. So, I contact Samsung Customer Service Order Department & I'm told my issue isn't handled by them. They gave me a toll free number to call. I called & was told they don't handle the problem & transfered to another department. After almost 45min on the phone, I get disconnected. Now, I have to start the whole process again. I don't know why Samsung can't make the subscription auto update like it does at Adobe.
