Unable to change wallpaper

I can't change my wallpaper (lock or home), even though it shows the new wallpaper it "set" in the wallpaper preview.

Hi, progamer1, We understand your concern that the new wallpaper shows as selected, but the previous wallpaper is still showing - on both the home and lock screen.  We want to help get your new wallpaper on your phone so you can enjoy it.

We would recommend turning your phone off and then on again.  There are few more things we'd recommend in this guide:

I restarted numerous times but the issue didn't get fixed.

This is what we'd recommend trying:

Uninstall Dynamic Lock Screen

Reinstall Dynamic Lock Screen

Check for software updates

If these steps aren't successful, we would recommend putting the phone into Safe Mode to see if there is another app interacting with the wallpaper or theme.

Stupid question, but did you tap the "done" icon when you were finished? It won't save if you don't tap done.
