Unable to get support for an E-Coupon

I am in the middle of a nightmare trying to work through the Samsung customer service team. Back in August, I recevied an e-coupon for a faulty refregerator. When I received the initial e-coupon, I was not told I needed to use the entire amount at once. In fact, I have a text from Samsung stating that I was entitled to the entire amount and could use at my discretion. When I tried to use the remaining amount the e-coupon I had would not work. For the past 10 weeks, I have been trying to correct this through Samsusng. I have spoken to multiple agents and have had my ticket escalated 3 times at a minimum. Now I cannot get a response from anyone.


What next steps can you recommend? 


This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
