Unable to move contacts in and out of secure folder

I have no menu option to move contacts in and out of secure folder.

there's a toggle in the secure folder settings to turn that on

I have looked in settings and watched youtube videos. The A71 model doesn't seem to have a way to move contacts to the secure folder like other Samsung phones. Just like it doesn't have a setting to hide the front camera notch from the wallpaper. :pensive_face:
