Samsung Apps and ServicesJust got off the phone with the customer care. If you have issues updating your Care+ payment method via r instructions found online (e.g. Account > My Subscriptions doesn't show you the current information) do the following:
1) Make sure you're logged off of your Samsung Account.
2) Navigate to the Samsung Search Orders Page (https://www.samsung.com/us/web/search-orders/)
3) Don't login. Scroll down to find order as guest. Mark Subscription Orders box and fill in your Renewal Order Number (found on your invoice), email address connected to your Samsung account, and your number or zip code.
4) Your invoice will show up. Scroll down to the Credit Card symbol (Update Payment Details).
