What viewing software that is compatible.  Wisenet reports incompatibility in July 2024.

This is not a solution now as of 12/2/24, because this app is not available in the app store nor can you download it off the site.  So did everyone just have to go get new cameras?  I talked to about 8 agents today and they are all with some company called Hanwha and they said they no longer support any Samsung devices so they couldn't tell me where to go.  And I got their number off of the SAMSUNG website under "support".

My Samsung cameras cost me over $200 each and I have THREE of them that are now basically BRICKS.

Is there any other solutions at this time or do I have to buy all new cameras?

Nope. I think that was the date the app would pop up.

I guess I am in the same boat as everyone else here. Have model SNH V6410PN.  Guess I'll call Samsung to verify what the if any options are.

I've noticed that the old Samsung apps for the SNH-V6410PN SmartCam stopped working this morning too (17-July-2024). It's quite frustrating without any prior warning. Has anyone found a workaround or any new info on this?
