Voice Recorder Back Up: App not there

HI. Went to back up my new phone after old one was stolen. Backed up all apps except Samsung Voice Recorder! Weird. Had to install new Voice Recorder app. Anyway to get my data research recordings back onto the new downloaded app? I'm desperate to get that info back! 🙂 Thanks!

Hey there @MissDorito, I hope you're doing well.

By chance, did you check if there is a voice recording backup? Go to: Settings>Accounts and backup>Restore data (in the Samsung Cloud area)>Select the previous device>Uncheck everything except Voice recordings and restore.

If there is no Voice recordings option present, you didn't backup your recordings. I hope this helps!
