You cannot just keep changing the forcast every hour! People plan their activities based on an accurate weather service. That which this is not. Are you using word of mouth or what? Copy a real weather app if you have to, go outside and look at the sky, call a friend from the next town over...anything but what you are currently dishing out for weather forcast!
