Weather widget no longer scrolls from home screen since update to 10

Weather widget no longer scrolls from home screen since update to 10 last week.  

Now it requires you to click and open then you have to select which one you want to see.  

No Bueno - fix it please.

If you add weather to your edge panel, then you can easily look at all your saved locations without having to open the app.
