Weird scribbles on samsung internet

I've lately been having horrible experience with samsung internet it's bugging and minor bugs and glitches one of these are the weird scribbles.

From Google I found out that it's because of the website not being up to date and or because of encoding.

Until it's possibly fixed I'll be using Chrome.

Personally I like chrome better but that looks like some language rather than just a bunch of scribbles.
