What's your experience with "Get Help" in members app

I've a very easy to understand issue, gave them a video recording, provided error logs at the start of the case. Yet Samsung wants error logs in every message exchange and not moving towards resolution or not even trying to reproduce reported problems at their site. Has anyone able to get resolution through "Get help" or it's just a waste of time?

What I understand is, any request or question goes to a team which only performs data collection, and that team collects standard set of data regardless of the problem or the question been asked. This is driving me nuts, I guess most users too.
Is Samsung really listening? This is not the way customer service has to work.
