Samsung Apps and Services
There was a nice Samsung store in Manhattan and often went there for either repairs, pickups, and more updates on new products.
After having my Flip 5 from a Flip 4, it was time to switch my screen protector. I learn the Manhattan location was closed and the closest is in Queens - a heavy commute fir myself. I called and no answer, reply, ability to book an appt, nor leave a voice message because it was full. Thus left me no choice but to show up.
After finally getting there, over a month planning they were fully booked and the next availability was 9 days later, and surely I'd not be available during the day due to working 2 jobs so likely more days than this.
Ufix was recommended and charge was $60! This was a planning for about 2 months and for this to occur it's a bad look for someone that speaks highly of my experience with Samsung products over Apple and how amazing this phone has been.
When is Samsung going to open even a small repair center in the city like Grand Central has small "shops" and would be centralized for people all over?
What other screen protector can be ordered that we can just place ourselves to avoid further hurting other pockets and inconveniences?

You should probably call 1 800-SAMSUNG and ask. We are all just users like you here and have no idea about any plans to open a Samsung store in NYC.

Hi! Yes, I did several times and they routed me here or close to Long Island. Mentioned that or UFix, but never did UFix and rather stick to Samsung and sadly, this was the result. It's pretty wild Samsung would let a heavy population of Samsung users out in the cold like this.
Thanks for the input and hope Samsung acknowledges the struggle and helps us maintain our device and their quality of care.

Pockets too tight for Manhattan rents. I remember when they were in the Time Warner Building in Columbus Circle before they moved to 837 Washington Street. Miss both of them.
