Open the playstire app and top right opens tab top one checks for updates theres available update on right or the first tends to show all installed for samsung galaxy store bottom right think says app but not positive anyway at top of that option top left should see circle with a number showing how many updates are available tap that and can update from there

Actual Galaxy system apps? Go to your settings, scroll down to security and privacy, tap that, scroll down to more security settings, tap that, then scroll all the way down to the bottom. You'll see Galaxy system app update. Click on that and then click on check for update.
Other apps, via Google Play (should be installed on your watch and phone).
Ooen Google Play App....scroll down to manage apps.
There is a setting in the Google Play app to automatically download and install app updates while the watch is chsrging. You can toggle this on if you like.
