For now, I am on hold for 2 hours to talk to a TD Bank customer support. There is an error on my account but I can't reach the agent. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that TD bank made me wait longer than an hour. I am afraid to have a nightmare if I involved with this bank, so I even consider to cancel my big purchase from Samsung. I really want to buy this expensive item from Samsung but this 3rd rate financing service really repel me from buying their desirable product. Samsung really should switch its financing company to improve the company brand quality and image. This really damage the brand standard and image.
