Why does Samsung shop say no contact delivery, when you have to sign?

I noticed Samsung shop said no contact delivery up top but it requires signature to receive orders?

This is likely a disconnect/miscommunication between Samsung and the delivery service (likely FedEx). FedEx has historically been atrocious with packages, policies, and rules, so I entirely blame them lol.
