The only reason that I can see is to facilitate an exclusionary device ecosystem (like apple) try to boost the sales of Samsung PC's. The exclusionary ecosystem is a predatory and greedy strategy that has kept me from consuming apple products for 10 years, and it is also one of the first points I make when telling my friends why I won't switch to apple or why someone should switch to android.
I am now sensing a shift in samsung's stance on this exclusionary business model, so now, before I replace all my samsung devices (and those I've configured for the 5 businesses of which I am a technical consultant), I would like to give your company an opportunity to explain this decision.
