Customer service suck. So my smart view stop working contacted them to see why 1st day lady claims she will send me an update in 24hrs. But after she decides to waste my time which was still false. Not to mention or I will mention how I gave her access to my phone she decides to want access to my messages only to do her own survey fraudulent. Contacted them the next day cause I never got the update still the run around for 40mins so I just hung up. I should've known the fetaure was gone when it didn't show up in apps.
SAMSUNG YALL SUCK FOR TAKING THE FEATURE OFF AND HAVING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PRETEND LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW ACTING LIKE THEY CAN HELP INSTEAD GIVING THE RUN AROUND HONESTY IS BEST
