I've been waiting for 2 days to do it and always tells me the same thing, why is this happening now?

Is this in regards to a Samsung Pay promotion? Have you tried restarting the phone?

I also cleared the data and cache of the Samsung store app and nothing works

We would recommend giving Samsung Pay a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG

I tried to call but they transferred me with all the departments and nobody knows anything about this promotion
