Sorry to hear youโre having trouble with Samsung Pass and Samsung Wallet โ We know how frustrating that can be. Here are a few quick steps that usually resolve these issues:
Restart your phone to refresh system services.
Update Android System WebView & Chrome:
Settings > Apps > Android System WebView > Uninstall updates, then update again in Play Store
Repeat for Chrome
Clear cache for Samsung Pass and Samsung Wallet:
Settings > Apps > (App) > Storage > Clear cache
Sign out and back into your Samsung Account to refresh security tokens.
Reโadd biometrics: remove fingerprints, restart, then add them again.
For Wallet issues, make sure NFC is on and Wallet is set as default payment app.
