Some of my contacts were deleted no back up how can get them back

Check to make sure all your accounts are syncing properly. Sounds like the place they are stored at isn't syncing correctly.

Open Contacts>three line menu in top left>manage contacts>sync contacts.
After that make sure all accounts are set to sync and tap sync at the bottom.
