the home page free you mean? where bixby home used to be? if so you can't, there is no bixby home anymore, that's the fill in for now anyway, you can turn it of by pressing and holding any open spot on any home page until your pulled from page view and then scroll all the way left, last page, titled Samsung free, top right toggle, switch off.
