My tablet has quit sending messages. Anyway to fix this?

having trouble finding the pairing list.

Settings > Wireless and networks > Bluetooth

Ok i just tried that. its all connected. I might need someone with more knowledge about computers to fix this. I'm mediocre at best with technology. Thank you for helping me!
