My tablet has quit sending messages. Anyway to fix this?

Can you try the following: 

 

Settings > Wireless and networks > Bluetooth

Have you tried deleting the pairing to the phone and re-synching it?

no I haven't. I'm just suprised it worked at first & then it stopped working
