Is it a Snapdraggon or Exynos version? Because I have a Snapdragon model and it's the fastest Samsung phone I've ever owned, and I had almost every single main model for the last 4-5 years.
Just to make sure we're all on the same page, I asked a simple question... is it a Snapdragon or Exynos model? Because our experiences might be different based on what chipset it's using, although both should still work fine.
From what you said @usergwAzBlfFMy I would suspect a defective device, it happens, but like I and others said, our phones are not slow. Very fast in fact.
