If you receive a faulty Samsung water filter from their company, this is what will happen:
Samsung says that they are not responsible; their parts department is.
Parts says that E-Commerce department is responsible.
The response on this board said to call E-Commerce.
E-Commerce says they do not handle subscriptions; J & J does.
J and J International says that they do not handle Samsung parts or subscriptions and to call Samsung.
I have called over 10 numbers (with the menus and waiting that incurs) and every single number has cheerfully informed me that it is not the responsibility of their department .
I am out $35 and will write reviews stating the above from now on. Sadly, all of my kitchen appliances are from Samsung, which I now see does not stand behind their products.
