You might have your devices sharing information through Facebook. I personally don't use Facebook, but I'd first go to the settings through Facebook's app and see if there's a section that says something like "devices shared" or anything along that line. you should be opted out if you take off his phone. if that doesn't help he might be logged on through Google rather than the app. He just needs to log off that way.
