samsung global goals ads not showing

I have had samsung global goals for a while I did everything It told me to do I turnd on the permissions and everything but ads never pop's up is there anything else I should do for ads to show up?

settings, notifications, recently sent, view more and see if it's sent any first. then go back to notifications and select advanced settings, then notification history and look to see if, and what type (brief, descriptive, silent, ect). let me know what you find if anything so I can walk you through settings changes.
