samsung pass is temporarily not available 162
i use SM G977N ( korea)  in Việt Nam so when i flash androi 12 with odin and sspass doen't work
Ive since tried to uninstall updates for Samsung Pass and reinstall them.
tried using on mobile data instead of wifi

 Tried force stopping app and no use 
SSpass still doen't work
can anyone suggest me how to fix it

I also have the same problem I own a Samsung s9 edge model sm g965u1 its been months I've turned off wifi and reset installed with out wifi is it because of my model

It could be carrier.... I was able to fix mine by going to Samsung Acxount and go to about screen or were it siE version. Click that 7 or times and I'll bring up hidden menu. Than change to none make sure not stg1 or other option is check click apply and then reset phone. That's what worked for me. Also if your phone is rooted won't work and make sure Samsung pass is selected for your password filler. Try switching from another back to Samsung pass? And then make sure your app is up to date of course. Best of luck
