Really cannot sense the seeds in blackberries. There are very tiny & soft. You'd definitely dislike my raw cacao powder fruit bowl mixes that had fresh finely grounds flax & chia seeds in them with a tbsp of EVOO. Seeds because of texture or medical issues? Are you allergic to all nut or just peanuts (which are not true nuts)? I know allergic co-occurence allergic reactions can and do exist between legumes & true nuts.
