Cacao Oats Fruit Bowl

Tasty & all organic !

 
1.5ozs steel cut oats soaked overnight in almond milk. Not cooked. 
 
1.5tbsps of flax & 1tbsp of chia seeds ground into a fine powder (mortar and pestle) , added to oats/milk., stirred. 
 
1tsp true ceylon cinnamon
 
1.5tbsps 100% raw cold press cacao powder, mixed. 
 
6ozs nonfat greek yogurt 
 
1tbsp EVOO, mixed.
 
Added 1/2 diced green apple, 3 large strawberries & handful of blueberries diced. Eat!

@SamsungDarius You're welcome. Note that the raw cacao powder can be a little bitter for those who are not tolerant of that taste. So recommend using (my only go to sweetener if I use one) organic stevia extract as it is super sweet. It only takes a small dash of it to sweeten foods. Or use sugar.
