That doesn't look too bad . I'm sure I need to do the same. In the meantime, I now use a variable speed controlled blower and fabricated fine air filter to at least turbo dust free air into it by remote control power switch.
While cleaning, is motherboard in view to verify if it needs alcohol scrub to remove dust and oil off it?
I should also add that I set the console almost vertical with exhaust at the top to naturally vent as chimney effect. This position alone reduced heat soak by 40Fยฐ. Max temp when gaming is steady at 115Fยฐ max. This position blocks view of power light of console where a small mirror solves to verify power status. Cheers
