All wifi enabled samsung devices disconnected and went offline

No it is not a wifi or internet problem. I have
 many other devices connected. I try to re-add them (microwave, fridge, smart outlets, etc..., and get all the way to "registering your device with your samsung account and it times out. Same behavior, multiple devices. This occurred about a week ago. Prior to then, everything was working. Anyone else experience something similar? I have tried clearing the smartthings app data cache to no availl.
