C01 error making awful noise

I have a Powerbot r7040 vacuum that keeps getting a C01 error that something is stuck in the powerbrush. There is nothing in the brush and it is completely clean. It happens after around 20 min of use. The brush is making an awful noise. Any solutions? Could it be the bearing the brush is in?
