Smart Home SupportI've had a Smartthings Hub for several years now and been using it with GE Z-Wave switches. I had a switch go bad so I deleted the old switch through the app and installed the new switch in the wall. Confirmed the new switch works by turning the light on and off but when I go to add the new switch the app crashes. It doesn't matter if I try to add it by picking through the on-screen menus or scanning the QR code, it just crashes.
I start to add the new switch, I get to the screen that says "Let's get started with your GE Z-Wave", I click the Start button, and it just takes me back to the previous screen (scan the QR code or the last selection screen). Scanning the QR code or picking the right selection takes me back to the "Let's get started with your GE Z-Wave" a second time, and when I hit Start again I get a "SmartThings keeps stopping" error and have to close the app. I'm using a Pixel 3XL phone and the app is up to date. If I try to use my Kindle Fire 8 tablet, I get the same loop only without the crashing. Any ideas?
