Owns a Samsung HW Q70R sound bar, I have connected it with Smart Things app and worked for few months perfectly, after I updated the controller update through Smart things app I cannot access woofer settings through smart things settings, whenever I try the app crashes or closes automatically. Any Solutions??? I have tried to access from my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy Tab A7 2020 both gives the same result as app crashes.

I have the same issue hw-q90r, i updated the firmware of the sound bar and other stuff manually still the same issue, I cleared cache force stopped uninstalled re-installed same issue. I had problems when I first bought the smartthings hub v3 several years ago in other aspects of the app that acted the same way eventually it was resolved. I now just use the remote. Let me know if you find resolution..

Still the same thing, I too did all the things you have mentioned above and the result is same, still Smart Things crashes. Everything was okay before the controller update I did through the app, after the update this happened. Since there is no solution still I use the soundbar remote too and adjust further from Samsung TV settings 😞

I have the same issue. I've sent an email, but it would make a lot more sense to add a proper solution here so other people can update/apply the workaround...
