Customer Support - Worst Experience EVER

I paid $400 for my robot vacuum. There was an eeror so we sent to the service center. When I was returned there was a peice of a screwdriver sealed inside the vacuum. Support directed us to send it back. Welllll, we did and have not had any update or received the vacuum back for 3 weeks. They are telling me the ticket was cancelled due to a cost issue. I cannot get managment contact information. I have called and left several messages at the service center number as well.
