I recently (few weeks ago) installed HW-Q950T connected to SmartThings App. It worked.  Have not used the app after that till today. The SmartThings failed connection with the HS-Q950T. So I removed the device, and attempted to add back the device.

The process of adding the device, the App detects the HW-Q950T. Then WIFI setting (correct WIFI Access Point and Password).  The last step is to register the device.  Well it kept trying then finally failed - complaining network connection.  Double checks - triple checks... The WIFI and Password is correct.

Repeat the process many times -- same failure.

Please help!  This is very frustrating.  Samsung is such a big companies and have a good brand name,  but  did not realize the Samsung Support is not 7/24.

Same error here - brand new sound bar sitting 2’ above my router. iPhone 3’ in front of both. Verified network password was correct (and same as my iPhone is currently connected).

The error is elsewhere. Please help
