Just got my Samsung French Door refrigerator today and download the Smart App and upload it one picture which happen to be the wrong picture. I deleted it and when I attempted to upload other pictures they aren’t showing on the fridge in the gallery. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Smart Home SupportWhen uploading photos from SmartThings to Family Hub they never appear in the gallery files on the fridge despite saying uploaded on SmartThings app on my phone. I've logged out, logged back in and uninstalled and reinstalled. This feature worked initially for me so I thought possibly it was a space issue so I deleted all photos out of the gallery and I still can't get any to upload or show up on the fridge. Any work around to this issue?

Smart Home SupportIt's possible that the app is having a connection issue with the fridge itself. I would suggest reaching out to our Smart Things department at 866-813-2404 and they can assist you further!
